Nicolò, from the shores of Lake Garda in Trentino Alto Adige. Beatrice, from the rolling hills of Piemonte. Two young Italian chefs who fell in love — with each other and with the dream of bringing authentic Northern Italian cuisine to the tropics.

In December 2023, they opened NIBE in Rawai — a name born from their own: NIcolò + BEatrice. Every dish is made from scratch, every flavor tells a story of home.
